What we do

Renovation wiring

A renovation is the best time to bring your electrical up to date. With the walls open, adding circuits, outlets and lighting is faster and cleaner than doing it later.

We work directly with homeowners and with general contractors, timing our rough-in and finish work around the rest of the project.

Why it matters

Renovations without surprises.

How we keep the electrical side of your project on track.

Planned with you

We walk the space, go over the plans and agree on every outlet, switch and light.

Inspections on time

The rough-in inspection is booked before the walls close, so drywall is never held up.

All questions
Does my renovation need an electrical permit?

Most renovation electrical work needs an ESA permit. We take it out and arrange the inspections, including the rough-in inspection before the walls are closed.

Do you work with my contractor?

Yes. We work directly with homeowners and with general contractors, and time our work around the rest of the project.

Can you update my panel during a renovation?

Yes. If the renovation adds circuits your panel cannot handle, we can upgrade the panel or service as part of the same project.
