Rough-in to finalOne electrician for the full build

What we do

New home construction

We work with builders, general contractors and homeowners building custom homes across Niagara, including the growing communities in Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, Thorold and West Lincoln.

Bringing us in early pays off. We walk through the plans with you, settle the electrical layout before framing is finished, and coordinate with the other trades so the rough-in is ready when the inspection comes up.

Why it matters

A new home wired for the long run.

The electrical in a new home is hidden for decades once the drywall goes up. These are the things we get right before it does.

Plan review

We go through your plans and mark outlets, lighting, network and dedicated circuits before the walls close.

Scheduled with your build

Rough-in and finish work are timed around framing, insulation and drywall to keep the build moving.

Ready for the future

EV charger circuits, heat pump capacity and spare panel space are planned from day one.

All questions
Do you wire newly built homes?

Yes. New construction is one of our specialties. We handle the full electrical scope of a new home, from the service and rough-in to devices, fixtures and the final ESA inspection.

When should I bring an electrician into a new build?

As early as you can. Settling the electrical plan before framing is finished makes it easy to put outlets, lighting, network and EV charger circuits exactly where you want them.

Can you add an EV charger circuit during construction?

Yes, and it is the most cost-effective time to do it. Running the circuit during the build avoids opening finished walls later on.

Do you work with builders on more than one home?

Yes. We work with builders on single custom homes and on multiple units. Get in touch to talk through your schedule.
