What we do

Panel and service upgrades

Your panel is the heart of your electrical system. Many Niagara homes still run on 60 or 100 amp service with panels that are full, worn or no longer made. Adding an EV charger, heat pump, hot tub or addition often needs more capacity.

We assess your current panel and load, recommend the right size, and take care of the permit, the inspection and the coordination with your local utility for the disconnect and reconnect.

Why it matters

Signs your panel needs attention.

If any of these sound familiar, it is worth having a licensed electrician take a look.

Breakers trip often

Frequent trips can mean circuits or the panel itself are overloaded.

No room for new circuits

A full panel cannot take the circuits a renovation, EV charger or heat pump needs.

Warm, buzzing or rusted

Heat, buzzing, rust or scorch marks at the panel need a licensed electrician right away.

All questions
How do I know if I need a panel upgrade?

Common reasons are frequent breaker trips, a full panel with no room for new circuits, an older panel, or plans to add an EV charger, heat pump, hot tub or addition. A site visit and load calculation tell you for sure.

How long does a panel upgrade take?

Many residential panel replacements are completed in a single day, with the power off for part of it. Service upgrades also depend on the utility's schedule for the disconnect and reconnect. Your quote includes a clear timeline.

Do I need a permit for a panel upgrade?

Yes. Panel replacements and service upgrades require an ESA permit and inspection. We take care of both.
